Trillium (now open)

Trillum is located in the lobby of the iconic Grove Hotel. The Grove has recently undergone a remodel and have changed names, decor, and menu of their upscale food offering. Now you can enjoy things like huckleberry braised short ribs, Szechuan cauliflower, bison meatloaf, and salmon burgers.

Diablo & Sons (Now Open)

This current jam packed hot spot is located next to it’s sister restaurants Bittercreek Alehouse and Red Feather Lounge. It had quite a delay before opening and is currently still working out the kinks. The atmosphere is lively and the menu very exciting. The weblink I attached to thier name above isn’t even going to their webpage because it’s still not just a blank holding page. I’m linking you to their Yelp page so you can at least get some details at the moment.

ReEl Food Fish Market (*prepared food coming soon)

Reel Foods Fish Market has had a tough year. After a list of issues with moving out of their downtown location they are finally ready to reopen. It is going to take them a while to figure out their ready to eat menu but the fish market portion will be open for business the beginning of December. It might take a few months to ramp up operations but go see them for the best fish market in the area.

Wow. The legend of Johnny Bronx pizza is that they consistently get rushed with orders and due to their quality process and the size of their current operations are known to close early or temporarily to restock. The Treasure Valley LOVES PIZZA and this NY style pie is a hot item in Meridian. Armed with this knowledge order early.

Enrique’s Mexican Restaurant (now Open)

Enrique’s has been in Kuna, ID for many years but have recently closed their previous location and opened a BEAUTIFUL restaurant about a block or two away. They have a glass tequila cabinet, frequent buffets, a salsa bar, high end fixtures, bar and separate meeting space. If you loved the food before now you will enjoy the upgraded atmosphere which makes it the nicest Ada County restaurant in that region.

Food Truck: Location Varies
Chef E is known for her Thai pop-up dinners in Guru Donuts and their tent at the Capital Market in Boise. Now she is taking her delicious regional Thai food to events, food truck rallies and the occasional lunch service at Boise’s food truck hot spot on 6th St.
